“Living in Thanksgiving” 2024 Book Tour
Come CELEBRATE the BLESSINGS of GOD with US
A dwelling place is significant to humanity, and God has been faithful to me through life’s journey, ALWAYS PROVIDING me a place to dwell.
In August 2024, I returned home to my birthplace, St. Thomas, USVI, from our chosen location of retirement, Pensacola, Florida.
My husband and I had agreed that home should be our place to dwell at this time in our lives. We returned to our local place of fellowship,
a wonderful circle of friends, the beautiful beaches, warm weather, and my chosen vocation of teaching. My assignment almost duplicated
that of 2 decades prior, and I experienced more fulfillment than I had imagined.
In the heart of this experience, God gave me a mantra for life, “Living in Thanksgiving.” I knew it was His directional chant for my present,
perhaps past, and future life. I was preparing for my 2024 book tour, having published Shades of Purple: Decades of My Life, Volume 3
(in December 2023), and the coauthored publication of “Marriage Is 4 Real People” in July 2024.
This mantra has taken on a life of its own, rooted in the recesses of God’s faithfulness to me. I genuinely believe I have put on the garments of PRAISE, and I am, indeed, “LIVING IN THANKSGIVING”! I am committed to letting the world know how satisfying this dwelling place is.
